Balkan Connections supports cultural and commercial efforts between Eastern Europe and North American people through sponsorship of cultural events, educational conferences and travel opportunities, in order to benefit Balkan and American libraries, educational groups, political entities, and businesses and to enhance cultural understanding between America and the Balkans.
