Making Music in Bulgaria 2010
PAYMENT PLANS
Singers may join either the Denver Turnverein Chorus (open to all with rehearsals on Thursday evenings), or the Arvada Chorale (audition required with rehearsals on Monday evenings) for either group’s Spring 2010 concert in order to learn the music for this tour. Application deadline for singers not already members of either chorus is August 15, 2009

PAYMENT PLAN A:
Deposit - $400.00, February 15, 2009: Later on approval of registrar
Payments: Eight of $400.00 each by the 15th of the following months - March, April, May, September, October, November of 2009 and February, March of 2010.
Final Payment (Number 9): Due by April 15, 2010. Depending on final cost the last
payment may be more or less than $400.00.
OR
PAYMENT PLAN B:
Pay a $200.00 nonrefundable deposit by February 15, 2009: Later on approval of registrar.
REFUNDED ONLY IF TOUR IS CANCELED

Passports:
Passports must be valid for six(6)months after your return date.
Confidentiality of Information:
All information given will be held in strict confidence and will be used only as necessary for the tour. We will prepare a roster with addresses and phone numbers and give to fellow travelers. If you would like your name and information withheld from this roster, please contact our registrar, Bev Curtiss.
